CLIMCO 2450 is with low surface tension,significantly increase the surface smoothness and scratch resistance, feelparticularly excellent. It is very significantly improve the spray ability ofpaint and spray fluency. It has excellent substrate wettability and goodanti-shrinkage hole effect, but also to prevent the frame effect. CLIMCO 2450shows broad compatibility in water-based, solvent-based and solvent-freesystems, and does not cause oil spots, and the bright system also providesexcellent smoothness and scratch resistance and adhesion.

1.Coating and Printing Ink Industry
CLIMCO 2450 is particularly recommended forall solvent-borne, solvent-free and aqueous coatings, printing inks andoverprint varnishes.

Application Method
CLIMCO2450leveling agent can be added in coatings, paints in any manufacturing process;typical amount of 0.05% -0.5%, the specificdosage to each system is different, so it requires to determine by experiments.
Storageand Validity
Because this product its viscosity will increase when it is underthe sunlight, so need to avoid sunlight when storage.
Unopened stored at room temperature; the shelf-life of the productfrom the date of production for 12 months.
Note
CLIMCO 2450 at the temperatures below -20℃,the product will be crystallize, it needs heating to make it dissolve and thenuse, repeat crystallize and re-heating will not affect the results.
