ProductFeatures
CLIMCO 2333 provides a strong reduction ofthe surface tension of the coatings and printing inks. It thereforeparticularly improves substrate wetting and avoids cratering. Surface slip andgloss are also increased. In aqueous systems it improves the anti-blocking properties.
CLIMCO 2333 is a highly effective siliconeadditive. It provides a strong reduction of surface tension, thereby improvingthe wetting of critical substrates.

1.Coating and Printing Ink Industry
CLIMCO 2333 is particularly recommended forall solvent-borne, solvent-free and aqueous coatings, printing inks andoverprint varnishes.
2.Adhesives & Sealants
CLIMCO 2333 is particularly recommended forimproving the substrate wetting of adhesive systems based on polyurethanes,epoxies and acrylates.
Application Method
CLIMCO2333leveling agent can be added in coatings, paints in any manufacturing process;typical amount of 0.05% -0.5%, the specificdosage to each system is different, so it requires to determine by experiments.
Storageand Validity
Because this product its viscosity will increase when it is underthe sunlight, so need to avoid sunlight when storage.
Unopened stored at room temperature; the shelf-life of the productfrom the date of production for 12 months.
Note
CLIMCO 2333 at the temperatures below -20℃,the product will be crystallize, it needs heating to make it dissolve and thenuse, repeat crystallize and re-heating will not affect the results
