Property and Application
Itis a Colorless transparent liquid, and can mix with organic solvent, but not inwater. It has no stimulation and allergy to skin. It is not easy to beoxygenated and acetified.It is one of important additives of top gradecosmetics, and it owns excellent performance of infiltration, moistening andsoftening to skin, so it can be used as emulsifier and wetting agent ofcosmetics.
